Click General ledger > Inquiries > Consolidations.

Use this form to view, and if you have to, delete a particular subsidiary’s ledger and budget register entries that were created in the consolidated legal entity during a Consolidate periodic job.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View the list of Consolidate periodic jobs by subsidiary that contribute to the consolidated legal entity.
General tab	View additional information about the Consolidate periodic job that is selected on the Overview tab.

Buttons

Button	Description
Remove transactions	Delete the ledger and budget register entries of the selected Consolidate periodic job that originate from a particular subsidiary.
Transactions	View a particular subsidiary’s ledger or budget register entries that were created in the consolidated legal entity during the selected Consolidate periodic job.

Fields

Field	Description
Created date and time	The date of the selected Consolidate periodic job and the time when the record was created.
Company accounts	The subsidiary company accounts that contribute to the consolidated legal entity in the selected Consolidate periodic job.
Description	A brief description of the selected Consolidate periodic job that was added before the periodic job was run.
Created by	The user who ran the selected Consolidate periodic job.
