Conditional question (form)

Click Home > Common > Questionnaires > Design > Questionnaires. Select a questionnaire, and then click Conditional question.

Use this form to set up a conditional question hierarchy. For more information, see About conditional question hierarchies, Setting up questionnaires, Designing questionnaires, and Using questionnaires.

Note

To make this form available, select Conditional in the Sequence field on the Setup tab in the Questionnaires form.

Task that uses this form

Set up a conditional question hierarchy

To set up a hierarchy, drag secondary questions to primary questions. The order in which the secondary questions are asked depends on the answer that is selected by a respondent for the primary question.

Note

The options that are available on the right side of this form are also available in the Questions form. Selections or changes that were made in either form will appear in both forms. For more information, see Question selection (form).
