Available ship and receipt dates (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Double-click a sales order to open it. Click the Line details FastTab, click the Delivery tab, and then click Simulate delivery dates.
Use this form to view possible ship and receipt dates that are calculated using the shipping, transport, and customer calendars. Select one set of dates and transfer them to the requested or confirmed ship and receipt dates, as required. If you choose invalid dates, you receive a warning.

Disable dlv. date control |
Appears if the form is opened automatically because an invalid date was selected. Allows you to keep the selected ship and receipt dates by disabling delivery date control. |
Update requested ship date |
Copies the selected dates to the Requested receipt date and Requested ship date fields on the relevant order header or line. Also copies the Mode of delivery and Warehouse fields, if they are changed. |
Update confirmed ship date |
Copies the selected dates to the Confirmed receipt date and Confirmed ship date fields on the relevant order header or line. Also copies the Mode of delivery and Warehouse fields if changed. |
Cancel |
Closes the form. If the form was opened because an invalid date was selected, this reverts to the original date. The Warehouse and Mode of delivery fields on the order are not updated. |

Warehouse |
Select the warehouse that you want to ship the items from. |
Lead time |
Shows the number of days between receiving the order and shipping the items. |
Site |
Shows the site that the shipment will be made from. |
Delivery date control |
Shows the type of delivery control that you want to use for this shipment. The available options are: None, Sales lead time, ATP, ATP + Issue margin, and CTP. |
Transport days |
Shows the number of days it takes to transport items from the shipping point to the receiving point for the given mode of delivery. You can set up the transport days on the Transport form. |
My time |
Shows the order entry deadline at the shipping location converted to your time zone. |
Shipping location time |
Shows the order entry deadline at the shipping location in the site time zone of the shipping location. |
My date |
Shows the user’s current date. |
Shipping location date |
Shows the current date at the shipping location. |
My time |
Shows the user’s current time zone. |
Shipping location time |
Shows the current time at the shipping location. |
Records displayed |
Enter the number of records that you want to display (minimum 30). |
