Click Service management > Setup > Service agreements > Service template groups.
Use this form to create and maintain groups of service templates.

Tree control |
Select this check box to graphically display the hierarchy of parent and child service template groups as a tree structure. To change the hierarchy, clear this check box, and then make the changes in the normal form view. |
