Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Contacts > Decision.
Use this form to create and maintain a list of decision codes. Decision codes can be used to describe the influence that a contact person has in the decision-making process at the prospect’s company.
The list of decision codes creates a table that is used by the Contact details form.
