Copy day in pay agreement (class form)

Click Human resources > Reports > Time and attendance > Base data > Pay agreements. Select the pay agreement that contains the day to copy, and then click Pay agreement lines. In the Pay agreement lines form, click Copy day.

Use this form to copy pay agreement lines to other weekdays in the same pay agreement.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tuesday

Select the check box to copy lines from the selected wage type to Tuesday.

Wednesday

Select the check box to copy lines from the selected wage type to Wednesday.

Thursday

Select the check box to copy lines from the selected wage type to Thursday.

Friday

Select the check box to copy lines from the selected wage type to Friday.

Saturday

Select the check box to copy lines from the selected wage type to Saturday.

Sunday

Select the check box to copy lines from the selected wage type to Sunday.

Special

Select the check box to copy lines from the selected wage type to the setup for special days.

Standard time

Select the check box to copy lines of this wage type to selected days.

Overtime

Select the check box to copy lines of this wage type to selected days.

Break

Select the check box to copy lines of this wage type to selected days.

Flex+

Select the check box to copy lines of this wage type to selected days.

Flex-

Select the check box to copy lines of this wage type to selected days.

Premiums

Select the check box to copy lines of this wage type to selected days.

Absence

Select the check box to copy lines of this wage type to selected days.

Overwrite

Select the check box to overwrite existing pay agreement lines.
