Copy service template lines (form)

Click Service management > Common > Service orders > Service orders. On the Action Pane, on the Dispatch tab, click Copy template lines.

Click Service management > Common > Service agreements > Service agreements. On the Action Pane, on the Service agreement tab, in the Copy group, click Template lines.

Use this form to copy lines from a service template to a service order or service agreement.

Note

If a service object or task relation exists on one or more service template lines, the relation is copied along with the task or object to the service order or service agreement.

Service agreement lines that are set to Stopped in the Service agreements form are not included in the list of available service template lines in the Copy service template lines form, and they cannot be copied to the selected service agreement or service order.

Tabs

Upper pane

Tab	Description
Tree control	Expand the tree view structure to see an overview of existing templates and template groups. Select individual templates to display the lines for these templates on the Lines tab.

Lower pane

Tab	Description
Lines	Select the template lines that you want to copy to the selected service agreement or service order.

Buttons

Tab	Description
Select all	Select all template lines to be copied to the current service agreement or service order.
Clear all	Clear the selection of all template lines.

Fields

Field	Description
Select	Select this check box to include the template line when you copy lines to the current service agreement or service order.
Transaction type	The transaction type of the template line.
Category	The transaction category of the template line.
Description	The description of the transaction.
Service object	The service object that is attached to the current service template line.
Service task	The service task that is attached to the current service template line.
Start date	The start date of the service agreement.
End date	The end date of the service agreement.
Item number	The item number that is associated with the service template line.
