Transaction origin (form)

Click General ledger > Inquiries > Voucher transactions. Click OK in the Inquiry form, and then click Transaction origin.

Use this form to view the transactions that generated the voucher that you selected in the Voucher transactions form.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	View the transactions that generated the voucher.
General	View information about the transaction that is selected on the Overview tab.
Financial dimensions	View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in account structures and advanced rule structures.

Field	Description
Module	The module of the transaction.
Voucher	The voucher number of the transaction.
Date	The transaction date of the transaction.
Number	The account number of the transaction.
Text	The transaction description.
Currency	The currency code that was specified at posting.
Amount in transaction currency	The transaction amount in the specified currency.
Amount	The transaction amount in the accounting currency.
Dimensions	The cost accounting dimension.
Number	The value for the cost accounting dimension.
Financial dimensions	The financial dimensions that were set up in the Financial dimensions form.
Where the %1 dimension is used	The account structures and advanced rule structures that use the financial dimensions that you selected in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group. Note The name of the field depends on the selection in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group.
Name	The name of the main account that the amount was posted to.
Table	The unique name of the table.
