Ledger transactions (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click General ledger > Inquiries > Consolidations. Select a set of consolidations and then click Transactions > Current.

Use this form to view the realized ledger transactions that are included in the selected consolidation.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	View a list of consolidated ledger transactions.
General	View additional information about the selected transaction.

Field	Description
Date	The date that the ledger transaction was posted.
Ledger account	The ledger account number that the record is posted on.
Currency	The currency code that was specified at posting.
Amount in transaction currency	The transaction amount in the specified currency.
Amount	The transaction amount in the accounting currency.
Journal number	The voucher number for the transaction.
Journal	The journal name that is used when you post to journals.
Description	The description that was included when the record was updated.
Amount in reporting currency	The amount in the reporting currency.
Quantity	The quantity, if any, for the posted amount.
