Update order quantities

Use the Quantity field in the Packing slip posting form to specify the sales order quantities to update. Select one of the following options, depending on the sales order document that you want to update:

  • Deliver now – Selects all quantities that are entered in the Deliver now field. Use this option to make a partial order confirmation or delivery.

  • All – Selects all sales order quantities that are not yet updated by the current document type.

  • Picked – Selects all quantities that are updated on a picking list but not yet delivered.

  • Packing slip – Selects all quantities that are updated on a packing slip but not yet invoiced.

  • Picked quantity and not stocked products – Selects the picked quantity and products that are not stocked.
