Use this form to create or update calendar deviations that occur on one or more specific dates for a selected resource or resource group. Calendar deviations typically represent variations to the normal working times. These can include planned maintenance, vacations, and other blocks of time that do not conform to the usual pattern and are not accounted for in the standard calendar definition.

Which of the following occurs depends on whether you opened this form from the Resources or Resource groups forms.

  1. Resource calendar deviations: The Resources FastTab on the Resource groups form is updated to display the calendar deviations for the resources.

  2. Resource group calendar deviations: When you save your calendar variances, the Calendars FastTab on the Resource groups form is updated to display the calendar deviations for the resource group.
