Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Mailings > E-mail groups.
Use this form to create and maintain e-mail groups.
An e-mail group is a collection of e-mail addresses. By using e-mail groups, you can send e-mail messages to multiple recipients at the same time. An e-mail group can include one or many members. It can include workers, contacts, or all members of a sales unit.
