Click Home > Common > Questionnaires > Design > Answer groups. Click Answer.

Use this form to maintain the answers for an answer group. For each answer in the answer group, you can specify the text of the answer, the sequence in which it will appear, whether it is the correct answer, and any points associated with the answer.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Answer group

The ID for the answer group that the answer belongs to.

Sequence number

Specify the position of the answer in the sequence of possible answers.

Note

The sequence will not be used if you selected the Randomly check box on the Answer groups form.

Points

Enter the number of points associated with the answer. Points are used for questionnaires that are set up to use result groups. For more information, see About result groups.

Correct answer

Select this check box if the selected answer is a correct answer to the question. You can select more than one correct answer.

Use this information to evaluate answers and compile statistics based on the number of correct answers.

Answer

Type the text for the answer.
