Use this form to create and maintain service objects. A service object is an item that is serviced by your organization.
After you create service objects, you can assign them to a service object group. Object groups are useful for sorting and filtering the data about service objects for reports and statistics. For example, you can group objects by geographical location or by type. For more information, see About service objects.
