Statistics (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Prospects > All prospects. On the Action pane, on the Prospect tab, in the Item statistics group, click Statistics.
Use this form to generate a graph that displays an overview of the active prospect's economic numbers. You can customize the graph by using standard formatting and file options, such as copy, print, and personalize.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Set up values for the graph. |
Revenues |
Display revenues for the current year and the previous year. |
Item group |
Display statistics by item group. |
Items |
Display all items that are sold to the active prospect for the current year and the previous year. |
Potential |
Display the budget, estimates, and potential economic numbers for the active prospect. |
Update financials |
Update the financial information for the active prospect, so that the information can be used in the Statistics form. |
