Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Commissions > Sales groups. Click Sales rep..

Use this form to specify the members of the commission sales group and the rate of commission that will be allocated to each employee. You can also select the contact for the group.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Name

Select the employees to include in the commission sales group.

Commission share

Specify the percentage rate that the individual employee receives in the commission that is calculated for the commission sales group.

Contact

Specify the contact person for the sales group. Only one employee can be the contact person.
