Click Sales and marketing > Periodic > Mailings > Mailings. Click Inquiry > History.
Use this form to see an overview of mail-merge files that have been created. Every file that is displayed contains the mailing that was chosen in the Mailings form.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Address file |
Open the address file of the selected mail merge. |
Template file |
Open the template document that was used for merging the selected file. Specifying this template is optional. |

Date sent |
The date on which the mailing was sent. |
Time sent |
The time of day at which the mailing was sent. |
Worker |
The employee in the company who is responsible for the mailing. |
Address file |
The address file that was used in the mail merge. |
Template file |
The template document that was used to merge the file. |
