Click Organization administration > Setup > Foreign trade > PRODCOM > PRODCOM parameters.

Use this form to manage the setup of PRODCOM reporting parameters. PRODCOM is the monthly report for industrial production to Nationaal Instituut voor de Statistiek (NIS). The data contains quantities and values of the products delivered in the month of the report, as well as some employment data.

Note

(BEL) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Belgium.

Primary contact ID

Select the primary contact ID of the contact person. This is printed under the primary contact information section on the PRODCOM declaration.

External contact ID

Select the external contact ID of the contact person. This is printed under the external contact information section on the PRODCOM declaration.

Branch number

Select Company or Warehouse as the type of location number of your company’s production unit. This number will appear on the PRODCOM declaration.

Number sequence code

Select a number sequence code for a period.

Select a period.
