About campaign responses [AX 2012]

Use campaign responses to define the type of response that is expected for the active campaign.

The following table describes the types of response that are predefined in Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Campaign response

Description

None

No response is expected.

Web

A response is expected through Enterprise Portal for Microsoft Dynamics AX or a Web page. The prospects deliver the responses themselves.

Manual

A response is manually entered by a worker. This type of response is used if, for example, the prospect was contacted by telephone or if the prospect completed a questionnaire and returned it by postal mail.
