The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab

Description

Overview

Add tables that can be used for a specific document type.

Field: / Overview

Add fields from the table that you selected on the Overview tab.

The order of fields in this grid is also the order that fields will be entered into documents. To change the transfer order, select a field, and then click either Up or Down.

Field: / General

Set up references to a table other than the table that is used by the document reference.

Use this when there is no relationship between the reference table and the data table. For example, a relationship between the customer table and customer transactions might exist in the system, whereas no relationship exists between the customer table and the main bank information table.
