Use this form to generate statistics about worker absences.

To include or remove a category in the statistics results, double-click on the category name in the Groupings lists. You can use the Up and Down buttons to control the order that the columns are displayed.

You can define a specific period to view statistics for using the options under Date criteria. You also can select an option under Period to see a total for the entire period, or to divide results during the period.

The results are displayed in a grid on the Totals tab. Each column represents a category that you selected from the Groupings list.

You also can click the Graphics tab to view the results in a graph.

You can calculate statistics such as:

  • The distribution of a particular type of absence by the workers' position group or department

  • A comparison of a particular type of absence for different periods
