Campaign type (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Campaigns > Campaign types.

Use this form to create campaign types. Campaign types define a campaign in greater detail than campaign groups do. A campaign type must be selected for each campaign. You can select the campaign type when you create a campaign in the Campaign form.

The campaign type can be different for each campaign. For example, a campaign of the internal campaign type is for employees, and a campaign of the external campaign type is for customers.
