    Road and Data Map

    Road and Data map

Use this map style if you want your map to display roads, highways, towns, cities, and your mapped data. Labeling is less dense on the road and data map than on the road map.

    Data Map

    Data Map

Use this map style if you want your map to display towns, cities, and your mapped data. The data map provides minimal labeling.

    Terrain Map

    Terrain map

Use this map style if you want your map to display roads, highways, towns, cities, and geographic terrain.

    Political Map

    Political map

Use this map style if you want your map to display roads, highways, towns, cities, and major political boundaries.

Note  When you use the Data Mapping Wizard, the Import Data Wizard, or the Link Data Wizard, the map style is changed to Road and Data if you haven't already selected it. This style is designed to make roads appear clearly when the map displays data. The Road style is not available for maps that you create using these wizards.
