Replication Folder Count Limit value changed
Topic Last Modified: 2005-11-18
The Microsoft® Exchange Server Analyzer Tool reads the following registry entry to determine if the Replication Folder Count Limit key has been modified from the default value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<servername>\Public-<GUID of Public Store>\Replication Folder Count Limit
If the Exchange Server Analyzer finds Replication Folder Count Limit to be present, a non-default configuration message is displayed.
By default, Replication Folder Count Limit does not exist. The Replication Folder Count Limit value represents the maximum number of folders to pack in a hierarchy replication message (used to replicate the hierarchy of the public folder tree and the properties of public folders). The value must be between 1 and 1000; the default value is 20. This registry key is not valid in Exchange Server 2003 and later versions; it is used only in previous versions of Exchange Server.
