Mail-Enabled Group Related Tasks

Each organization defines what it expects from an Exchange administrator relating to mail-enabled group management. However, there are certain common tasks that Exchange Administrators need to perform with regard to group objects. For example:

  • Mail-enabling group objects

  • Mail-disabling group objects

  • Hiding group membership

  • Removing Exchange attributes

These tasks can be performed using the Exchange Tasks Wizard in the Exchange-enabled Active Directory Users and Computers MMC snap-in.
