Copy service agreement lines (form)

Click Service management > Common > Service orders > Service orders. Double-click a service order to open the Service orders form. Click Copy > Copy agreement lines.

Click Service management > Common > Service agreements > Service agreements. Select a service agreement, and then click Copy > Agreement lines.

Use this form to copy service agreement lines to the current service agreement or service order.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Select the service agreement from which you want to copy service agreement lines to the selected service agreement or service order.

If you leave the Criteria fields blank when you copy lines, you do not limit the copy operation, and the following lines are copied to service orders and service agreements:

  • When you copy lines to a service agreement, you copy all existing service agreement lines to the current service agreement.

  • When you copy lines to a service order, you copy the lines from the attached service agreement to the current service order.

Select this check box to include the service task relations that are attached to the service agreement lines that you copy.
