Cancel service orders (form) [AX 2012]

Click Service management > Periodic > Service orders > Cancel service orders.

Use this form to cancel service orders or to reverse the Canceled status of service orders.


You can only cancel a service order when it is in a stage that allows the Cancel action.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.




Open the Inquiry form to enter selection criteria for the service order or service orders that you want to cancel.

For example, you can select a specific service order that you want to cancel, or all service orders for a selected service agreement, customer account, project ID, or project contract ID.

The criteria specified for the inquiry are displayed in the Service orders group on the Cancel service orders form.



Show Infolog

Select this check box to generate an infolog that displays the service orders that have been canceled.

Revoke cancel

Reverse the Canceled status of one or more service orders to the In process status.
