The Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Management Pack for Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers that are running Exchange Server 2007 and generates this alert when the event or events specified in the following Details table are logged.

From the Operator Console, select this alert, and then click the Properties tab. Review the description of the alert that includes the variables specific to your environment.

Explanation
The specified file is used to configure a list of custom properties on users’ Active Directory directory service objects. These objects will be shown on the Outlook Web Access user properties page. This Event error indicates that a required attribute is missing from the specified custom properties file or that the attribute is in the wrong position in the file.
User Action
To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:
Open the specified file and add the missing attribute.
Open the specified file and check to see if the attribute is present. If the attribute is present, but in the wrong position, move it to the correct position.
