MOM Rule Name

Unable to process all mailboxes because of insufficient time.

Explanation

This Warning event indicates that one of the time-based Exchange Assistants did not process all the mailboxes for a given database within a specified time window. Each time-based Assistant deploys an Assistants Driver that periodically checks whether the current time is within in a specified time window. When the current time reaches the specified time window, the Assistants Driver invokes the corresponding time-based Assistant. The time-based Assistant then obtains a list of mailboxes from the database and tries to process them within the specified time window.

This event may occur when the time-based Assistant does not process all the mailboxes because of insufficient time window. The event description lists the number of mailboxes that were skipped because of insufficient time window.

User Action

Generally, time-based Assistants resume processing the skipped mailboxes in the next cycle time window. Therefore, this warning can be ignored if it occurs occasionally. However, if this warning frequently occurs, contact Microsoft Product Support Services. For more information, visit the Microsoft Help and Support Web site.
