The Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Management Pack for Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers that are running Exchange Server 2007 and generates this alert when the event or events specified in the following Details table are logged.

From the Operator Console, select this alert, and then click the Properties tab. Review the description of the alert that includes the variables specific to your environment.

Explanation
This alert indicates that public folder content replication is being resumed.
Event 3117 is an Information event indicates that public folder content backfill responses will be fulfilled again because public folder replication has been resumed in your organization.
The public folder replication engine attached to the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service accepts content backfill requests from public folder servers that contain replicas in the Exchange organization. When public folder content replication is resumed, the backfill requests from other public folder replicas will be fulfilled causing the replicas to be synchronized.
Event 3119 is an Information event indicates that public folder content broadcasts can occur because the public folder content replication has been resumed in your organization. The public folder replication engine attached to the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is ready to resume content broadcasts. Content broadcasts refer to the public folder replication engine broadcasting new content from its public folder database to other replicas in the Exchange organization.
