Explanation

This Error event indicates that the managed folder mailbox assistant (formerly known as e-mail life cycle assistant) will skip the mailbox database specified in the event description because one or more managed folders in the Active Directory® directory service contain invalid or corrupted data. This event may occur if one or more attributes, such as msExchELCFolderType, of one or more managed folders in Active Directory contain corrupted or invalid data.
