Operations Manager 2007 Alert Properties Dialog Box: Product Knowledge Tab
Use this tab on the Alert Properties dialog box to view the knowledge article provided with the Management Pack. You cannot modify the product knowledge in a sealed Management Pack.
This tab contains the following element.

Opens a Microsoft Word document in which you can create or modify the product knowledge article.
