Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 setup cannot continue because its attempt to upgrade the server encountered a file access issue.

Exchange 2007 setup requires that certain files be closed so that the upgrade process can modify the files or processes that access them. The local Exchange Help (ExchHelp.chm) file is one such file.

To resolve this issue, close the ExchHelp.chm file, and then rerun Exchange 2007 setup.
