Avoid cubes with a single dimension

This rule analyzes cube dimensions to determine whether a cube contains only one cube dimension.

Best Practices Recommendations

Under most circumstances, a cube that contains only one cube dimension should have that dimension split into multiple cube dimensions based on logical business entities. Splitting a single cube dimension into multiple cube dimensions will also improve usability in most user scenarios.
