Select an Operating System Image Dialog Box

Applies To: System Center Configuration Manager 2007, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R3, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP1, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP2

Use the Select a Package dialog box to add an existing operating system from a captured image.

You can add only an operating system image that has already been captured and imported into Configuration Manager 2007. To add a new operating system image, right-click the Operating System Images node, and then click Add Operating Image.

The available operating system images are displayed in the Packages window. Select the package you want to add, and then click OK.

The following elements are displayed:


Name Description

Image ID

Displays the Configuration Manager 2007 package identification information for the selected package.


Displays the comment associated with the selected package.
