For each anti-spam feature, the General tab of the feature properties contains display-only information about the anti-spam feature. If you have multiple instances of the Edge Transport server role running in your organization, you must apply anti-spam configuration changes to each computer.

• Status
  The Status field tells whether the anti-spam feature is enabled or disabled.

• Modified
  The Modified field shows the date and time when the anti-spam feature was last modified.

• Description
  The Description field provides a brief description of the purpose of the anti-spam feature.
