Use the Database Upgrade tool to upgrade either a Call Viewer database or a Speech Application Reports database. For information on how to open this tool, see Updating Version 1.0 Databases
SQL Server
Specify the SQL Server to connect to.
Database
Specify the database to connect to.
Use Windows Authentication
Select this to use Windows user accounts when authenticating to SQL Server.
Use SQL Server Authentication
Select this to use SQL Server user accounts when authenticating to SQL Server.
Username
If SQL Server authentication is selected, specify the username for SQL Server authentication.
Password
If SQL Server authentication is selected, specify the password for SQL Server authentication.
Query timeout
Specify the timeout in seconds for SQL commands executed during the import operation. By default this value is 600 seconds
