Deploying an Application to Speech Server
Deploying an Application to Speech Server
Follow the procedures in this section to deploy speech applications in a managed, multiple-application, Microsoft Speech Server (MSS) system.
This section contains:
Configuring SES and Telephony Application Services (TAS) for Telephony Applications
Assigning Permissions to Clients Using Speech Engine Services (SES)
Before completing the procedures in this section, ensure that the MSS services and any telephony interface manager software have been successfully installed and configured. In addition, make sure that a Web server has been installed in preparation for hosting one or more speech applications. For instructions on how to install a Web server, see Installing a Web Server.
Deploying an Outbound Notification Application
The procedures for deploying an outbound notification application are similar to those for deploying an application that services inbound calls. The configuration is slightly different. For information on how to configure Telephony Application Services (TAS) to support outbound calling (notification) applications, see Configuring Speech Server for Outbound Calling.
