Synchronization Exclusions

You can exclude individual files, directories and their content, or specific file types from all synchronizations and deployments. You can specify individual files or directories one at a time, by entering the full path to the file, or by using Browse to locate them. You can specify file types by entering a file extension.

Directory

The specified directory and all sub-directories.

Specify the full path or browse to the directory.

File type

All files with the specified file extension on the server.

Enter *. and the file extension.

*.txt

File type in a specific directory

All files of the specified file type in the specified directory and any of its subdirectories.

Specify or browse to the full path for the folder, and then enter *. and the file extension.

C:\Mydirectory\*.txt
