Important

The Remote Logging (SQL) system policy configuration group must be enabled to log to an SQL database.
By default, encryption is enabled for logging to an SQL database, requiring ISA Server to connect to the SQL database over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. The SSL connection requires a certificate on the computer running SQL Server. You must also update the trusted root authority on each ISA Server array member to trust the server certificate.
