WMI Reference

The following table lists the various configuration settings that can be set through WMI for the \\cimv2\MSFT_SIPQMSExternalConsumer singleton class. This class already exists, so you will not need to create it.

The URL that A/V Metric Reports will be posted too.

Note

The host name in the URL must be identical to Subject field of the server certificate. For instance, if the server certificate is configured as contoso.voip-client1.com, the consumer URL must be https://contoso.voip-client1.com.

A binary array in raw data format that represents the certification authority that issued the certificate. This data is in ASN.1 byte array format.

MaxQueueSize

The maximum amount of memory (in KB) that is used to cache metric reports on behalf of the consumer. If the queue limit is exceeded, the QoE Monitoring Server will discard the oldest reports first. If MaxQueueSize is set to 0, the buffer size has no upper limit. Because individual reports may range from 2 KB to 8 KB, we recommend against setting MaxQueueSize to less than 10.

* The certificate serial number can be viewed from the Certificates snap-in. The binary array should be stored here in reverse order to the order that is shown by the Certificates snap-in. WMI will show the array values in decimal, but the Certificates snap-in displays the values in hexadecimal.
