Send a Meeting Request to a Group

You can send a meeting request to a group while you're viewing the group in the Reading Pane or while the group is open.
How do I send a meeting request to a group?
- In the Navigation Pane, click Contacts.
- Find the group you want to send a meeting request to, and then select it. The group you select will be highlighted.
- Click New Meeting Request to Contacts to open a new meeting request form with the group in the Required box.
- Add meeting details including the subject, location, and start and end time. For more information about how to create meeting requests, see Request a Meeting.
- Click Send or press ALT+S.
