Send a Meeting Request to a Group

You can send a meeting request to a group while you're viewing the group in the Reading Pane or while the group is open.

How do I send a meeting request to a group?

  1. In the Navigation Pane, click contact Contacts.
  2. Find the group you want to send a meeting request to, and then select it. The group you select will be highlighted.
  3. Click appointment New Meeting Request to Contacts to open a new meeting request form with the group in the Required box.
  4. Add meeting details including the subject, location, and start and end time. For more information about how to create meeting requests, see Request a Meeting.
  5. Click send Send or press ALT+S.
