Accessibility Features

Applies to: Office 365 for professionals and small businesses, Office 365 for enterprises, Microsoft Exchange, Live@edu

Many accessibility features are built into Outlook Web App. These features can be used by everyone and don't need additional assistive technology products.

Outlook Web App Accessibility Options

Outlook Web App has a light version that is optimized for users who are blind or who have low vision.

System Accessibility Options

If you own a computer that runs Windows, you can set or change system accessibility options. Many of these options affect how you work in Office programs. For example, the Windows StickyKeys feature is designed for people who have difficulty holding down two or more keys at a time. When a keyboard shortcut requires pressing a combination of keys, such as CTRL+P, StickyKeys lets you press one key at a time instead of having to press them at the same time.

Information on the Web

You can learn more about the accessibility features included in Microsoft products on the Accessibility in Microsoft Products Web site.
