Send a Message from Within a Group

You can send an e-mail message to a group while you're viewing the group in the Reading Pane or while the group is open.
How do I send a message from within a group?
- In the Navigation Pane, click Contacts.
- Find and then select the group you want to send a message to. The group you select will be highlighted.
- Click New Message to open a new message form with the group on the To line.
The New Message button is also available in the Reading Pane and in an open group. - Add any additional recipients, a subject, and your message.
- Click Send or press ALT+S.
