Publish Database Wizard (Enter User Credentials Page)

Use this page to enter the user credentials to connect to the Web service and host the SQL Server database.

  • Enter user name and password
    Displays the name of the Web service, the address of the Web services, and enables you to enter a user name and password.

  • Name
    Displays the name of the Web service that was entered in Hosting Name on the Hosting Providers dialog box.

  • Web service address
    Displays the address of the Web service that was entered in Hosting Web Address on the Hosting Providers dialog box.

  • User name
    Web service user account name.

  • Password
    Web service user account password.

  • Database name
    Displays the name of the host database that was entered in Database name on the Database configuration dialog box.

  • Server name
    Displays the name of the host instance of SQL Server that was entered in Server name on the Database configuration dialog box.  

  • User name
    SQL Server user name to connect to the host instance of SQL Server.

  • Password
    SQL Server user account password.
