Office Communications Server 2007 administrative tools are available on Office Communications Server 2007 servers. You can also install and use the administrative tools on other computers, such as a computer that you use as a central administrative console. Changes to some settings do not take effect until the appropriate Office Communications Server service is restarted. For more information, see Appendix C: Services That Must Be Restarted.
