Restoring a DPM Server or a Protected File Server

After you have archived a DPM server to tape, you can use the archived data to restore individual files, or to perform bare-metal restores of either the DPM server or one or more of the protected file servers. DPM includes a number of tools to help with restore operations, including DpmSync, DpmPathMerge, and FsPathMerge.
