How to modify the jobs display

You can customize the data on the Jobs tab to reflect the information that you want to see.

To change the jobs display

  1. In DPM Administrator Console, click Monitoring on the navigation bar, and then click the Jobs tab.

  2. In the Group by list box, select Protection Group, Server, Status, or Type to group the displayed information by these categories.

  3. In the Time Period list box, select the time period that you want to display The default is Today, but you can also select Yesterday and Today, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days, Tomorrow, or Next 7 days.

  4. Select Show synchronization to display all synchronization jobs occurring within the selected time period.

Note

After you select the Group by category, you can further customize the displayed data by clicking a data column title to sort information within that column, either alphabetically or numerically. The rest of the table then re-sorts relative to the column title that you click.
