This white paper presents the results of a Forrester Research study commissioned by Microsoft to help organizations and individuals understand the benefits of the Fluent user interface and address some of the challenges they may have in transitioning to 2007 Office System. The results are based on an online survey of 1004 information workers performed to determine the response to the new 2007 Office system Fluent user interface. The survey questions focused on the respondent's use of Microsoft Office programs, their level of satisfaction with the Fluent user interface, the level of impact on their productivity, and their training and support requirements.
