Planning for Backup and Archive
When planning your site backup strategy, you must also plan an archive strategy. Then, develop a plan of how the backup and the archive operations will run together to ensure always having a recent, valid backup snapshot of the site.
To have a complete site backup and archive plan, you must:
Plan for backup.

Document the backup and archive strategy.
